Hi all! I'm new to this tribe but am a total Dia de la Muertos junkie since buying my first piece in a gift shop in Savannah a few years ago. I'd love to attend a celebration in the Southeastern US and was wondering if any of you can recommend a southern Day of the Dead celebration in the south that's worth the time/money and is fairly genuine in spirit. I am aware of celebrations in Texas but am in NC and would like to stay closer to home if possible since we would be driving.
