I'm live in Eugene, Oregon and have an interest in latino culture... hoping to learn spanish too... hablo un poquito. Is anybody aware of local celebrations this year. Yes, it's only July, but calendars fill up ... and it's important enough that I'd like to throw it out there now. I will follow this with a query to the downtown Catholic Church... they have a Spanish Mass ... and a better awareness as to the pulse of the latino community
