Why doesn't Portland have a Day of the Dead Parade? I'd like to organize one for this year. Are there any people here from portland? If not do you have friends living in portland who may be interested? Let me know pleeeaze.

Fri, January 16, 2009 - 11:50 PMPortland State had a student group that did something at the Multicultural Center last year; they put together an awesome altar, but not sure about any parades or observances. I would imagine Woodburn does it up large, I can find out.
